ur sample cover letter 4 non-immigrant visa 2 USA contains a declaration 4 the reason of applying tourist visa & the attachment to the roots to corroborate that one will definitely return within stipulated period. but the property affidavit by visitors repeats all these - is it necessary

i think in property affidavit we can put the current means of earning &
the property / networth, and in cover letter the purpose of visit, one'e attachment to root & affirmation to come back within the time frame - so that there is no repeatition.
can u suggest more details we are intending to visit our son in usa in the near future & are initiating ther visa application procedure.
