Regarding Change Of Visa to new Employer

Hi ,
I am planning to send documents for visitor visa for my parents. One year back I changed employer , but my valid visa in passport is in the name of old employer. Do I need to change the visa status of mine in the name new employer for sending the documents to my parents?

as long as you have valid I797 and I-94 you done have to update the stamp.
