Hi Guys,
I read in the forms that you write a cover letter and hand it over to the VO. But where do we actually give the cover letter? u mean do we have to put that in the file that we hand over to the VO which has 156, 157 and passport or on the top of the file that u hand over to the VO. As far as i know u are not supposed to put any paper in the file thats been sort out in the first counter.
As my parents have appointment tomorrow, any suggestions would be appreciated.
