B2 visa for mom

Hi,

My mom has 10 years multiple entry visa...
first time she came, she stayed for 4 1/2 months. Jan 28, 2007 - June 14, 2007

She is planning to come back on November 1, 2007. Is it safe enough to come back after a gap of 4 1/2 months.
