    Hello All,
    Need some info:
On the back page of my mothers 10 yrs visitor Visa a note was made by the POE officer as "NO EOS COS AOS".

Is this note written for all visitor visa I 94s at POE ? Or is it made only for some spl cases?
NO EOS - No Extension of status
What does it mean? Does it mean that no extension me applied?

    Thanks for the reply.

If I remember correctly your mom's case is about repeated extensions and this time the officer gave her only 2 months and you still want to apply for an ext because of your pregnancy.

Like everyone cautioned you in another post, one should not stay 9 out of 12 months on a B1/B2. That is the reason the officer wrote no
COS, change of status. EOS, ext of status. AOS- adjustment of status.

This time your mother cannot get an extension. if she applies, she will get denied. If she wants to keep her visa , she should leave before her 2 months are over. If she overstays, her visa will become void by sec 222g and she will never be able to come to US on a visitor visa again.

PS ; you should go for hired help in US during your pregnancy. There is a whole world of people who deliver without their
    parents and inlaws' help.

Yes,me and my husband are making other arrangements too without having to put my moms visa in danger. We are making sure by visiting a attorney after this AUG 17th cos all attorneys r busy with GC filings as of now. Yes, if NO EOS means no extension be applied ,then ,for sure Iam not goign to apply for extn...dont want to make her visa void.
Thank You all for ur kind help..
I would appreciate if u can give some good advices on other paid post delivery helps here in US after my delivery which u might have seen for other moms who had little babies.

some people employ doulas for help duringnd after birth.

My advice cook as many meals as possible and save it in portions and freeze. Make sure it is in smaller portions as yo freeze it.
If you make sambhar and rasam and other pastes; make the pastes freeze single use portions. The smaller portions is so that you dont have to reheat everything.

Teach your husband how to cook, at least be able to reheat from food and make rice. Take help from whoever can give it to you.

It gets easier after a month. If you are worried about childcare once you get back to work start now to look around for daycare.

This is only your first child so you will get plenty of rest before the pregancy too besides if the things get rough you have your sister to help or you can call your MIL to help*shrug*.

I did it all by myself for my first child after having a c-sec as my mother did not get visa at that time and my MIL is too old to do anyhelp. Iam sure there are PLENTY of women out there like me. We all survived. Only the first month would be difficult and then you will get used to it. It seems like your mom will be there with you for the first month /first few weeks to help before she goes back. Good luck.
