Main points to attend for Visitor Visa in Consulate

Hello Friends,
I was willing to apply for Visitor visa for US.My sister is staying on H1 Visa.She will be the sponsor for me.I was working in Hyderabad for Software Company.Can provide all the details regarding my employment in Hyderabad.May i know want are the main required points to follow to attend for Visa at Consulate.Please sujjest me the way.

The most important issue is your ties to India.
If you are young, single, have a low paying job and are going just for a casual visit, your chances become slim even if you have sponsorship.

A)My age is 32 Years 10 months(DOB:07.10.1974),Single,NO.

2)your annual income?
A)Rs 3,00,000/-(Rs 25,000/-month) working in Software Company.

3)Assets in India?
A)Own house in India on my Mother name.She is house wife and Father is retied and now working in Educational Institution as Campus Incharge.
Willing to purchase a new asset which is costing nearly Rs 24 Lakhs by loan from bank on my salary.

4)your purpose of visit?
A)To visit my own sister.She is on H1 and Single(unmarried).

5)how long do you wish to stay?
A)Minimum period ..say as one week or 10days.

6)Have you ever visited a country before?
A)NO.I had not visited any country before.

Please guide me with the necessary information and any changes to be made.Also send me how to file the documents for visa.
May i myself sponsor the Trip to US.
My parents will be in India.

They will ask you only 3 questions and they will deny you. The will not look at any documents.

I DO NOT MEAN TO DISHEARTEN YOU , BUT ONLY WISH TO GIVE YOU THE TRUE PICTURE HOW THIS INTERVIEW WORKS. YOUR SINGLE STATUS, LOW PAYING JOB AND CASUAL PURPOSE OF VISIT MAKE YOU A POTENTIAL IMMIGRANT IN THE EYES OF THE OFFICER . HENCE THEY WILL DENY.

I SUGGEST YOU WITHDRAW THIS APPLICATION. If you really wish to go you have these choices;

*YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER CHANCE FOR A b1/b2 VISA IF YOUR COMPANY SENDS YOU ON A TRAINING PROGRAM.
*YOU COULD TAKE THE STUDENT OR AN H-1 ROUTE.

Please clear my doubts once again.

Wether iam eligibile to apply for Business Visa.
I had contacted my company head today he told me they were having one contact office in US for their business needs.

May i apply for Business Visa or i have to work on Visit Visa.
If so in particular B1 what are all the documents and avidences to be provided.

Please advice me in this regard.

Again,for a business visa, they ask you about your rank/post in the company and the salary, even if the company is sending you. If you are low down in the hierarchy , you may be denied, because most overseas deals are taken care of by people with high rank / salary in the company .

You can ask your company to send you on a training program with other employess. That can work.

May i request any company or any Training Programe Organisers to fullfill the need ?
In that case what are all the documents to be collected by them and what would be the documents i have to submit to Consulate ..?

Your company will have to arrange the training in US at its own cost ; preferably with some
other employees. You should ask your company. They can provide all the papers once the training is arranged.

I had asked my Company Head regarding the sponsor ship of Visa.
But the people had not responded in a positive way.

May i apply on my own basis for Visit Visa ?
My parents are dependent on me so,its compulsary to return back to India.
Let me know what i can i do more and produce avidences to apply for Visa.

May i know in what way could i make a strong point to apply for Visit Visa.
Shall i make a return flight tickets or it is needed to show the property which should be taken care of me.
Our property will be near 50lakhs.
Need to pay back the dues to Bank(Loans).
