hi my parents have appointment on sep 1st week. our h1 visa expires on next year june . so how many years the visa will be issued for them

It all depends on the officer. If he is convinced they will always return to India, he may grant them a 10 yr visa. If he has slight doubt , he may give them a one year visa. It does not depend on your H-1 expiry.
