Hi,
My husband is sponsoring for my parents and he is on H1,and i am on H4.
In the sponsor docs It is mentioned to provide an INVITATION LETTER to the applicants from the sponsor.Will it be only from my husband (OR)both me and my husband.bcaz i was heard from one of my friends that their parents got rejected visitors visa bcaz the invitation letter was signed only by the sponsor and not by their daughter too.so pls let me know do we need to send two invitation letters from sponsor i.e my husband and me.I would appreciate the response.thanks

Think about it. Do you want to really listen to your "friends" who might give you any information or common sense?

Has an AMCON officer told your "friend" that their visa actually got rejected for this reason?

Please use your common sense.

They need one invitation letter from YOU because your parents are directly related to YOU. You can mention in the letter ,about your and your husband's visa status and that your husband is financially sponsoring and sending the I-134 with other financial docs .
