Hai,
I have a doubt in filling DS-156 that is in the place of surname and given name. My parents have only given name in their passport. In VFS website they tell if only given name is their then to write the given name in the place of surname of DS-156 form and in the place of given name to write as FNU. Is this write coz i have filled the full name in given name only as they have only given name. plz clarify about this. And also what to write in the place wherever it is not applicable is it NA or none.reply as soon as possible
