Sponsoring in-laws if spouse is also on H1

Hi,

We would like to sponsor my in-laws for tourist visa.

Me and my wife are on H1, i'm on payroll but from past 5 to 6 months my wife is not on payroll..

Can i sponsor my in-laws though my wife is on H1 (as my paystubs, incom tax, bank statements) are clearer than her?

Will there be a possibility of rejecting in-laws visa questing why not your daughter sponsoring you?

You can sponsor. It can always be problematic if they discover the payroll problem with your wife, and there is no way around it.
