sponsering Parents visitor visa

I am in USA from last 8 months on L1.
I want to sponsor my parents visa but has one doubt.
Mother's name on my passport is different from what my mother has on her passport and property papers.
Father name is fine.
Now what should i do.
what name should i mention in sponsership letter for my mother.
any help on this will be highly appreciated

Doesn't matter

It doesn't matter if your mother's name on YOUR passport is different than her name on her own passport.

You're not submitting your passport's page which contains your parent's names.

Don't worry about it. Happens to a lot of people.

you must use her correct name that is on her passport and not the one on yours.

It is also advisable to send a copy of your birth certificate with your mother's name on it. Due to high fraud in India, officers may ask for it to make sure she is actually your mother.
