Bank statement for visitor

Hi all,

My mother has her appointment next week, today she got her bank statement and the bank just printed her 6 months statement and told her that thats the statement.
can anyone please give me the format for the indian bank statement.

There is no uniform format for all banks in India for bank statement.

Whatever her bank gave should be good enough.
