Info about B2 visa needed.

Hi,
I am from hyderabad.My parents are going to U.S Consulate(chennai,India) for B1/B2 visa category next week.As mentioned in your website ive all the documents.
But ive a doubt regarding the affidavit.In the affidavit we mention the properties and their values, do we need to show the valuation certificates of that properties from muncipalities,gram panchayats and MRO office.Is it required.Please help me.
