Dear/Madam
I am an Iranian, I have applied 11 months ago for getting B2 visa as atourist. I was accepted in Oct 2006, but my clearance (name check ) processing is not complete yet.I have contacted several times the US embassy, they told me it is in process.They also sent several reminder to DOS for me.
So my question is as follow;
Do you know ,what should I do in order to expedite it??? Can I expedite it by getting a lawyer to follow it up????
