I will hopefully be travelling to the US mid July 2007 on a Visitors Visa, i would like to find out- if apply at the embassy and i am granted a Visitors Visa for 10years does that enable me to stay in the US for 10years or does that enable one to go in & out of the US within the 10years granted?
Because i intend to stay in the US for 6 months i will have to show proof of income indicating how i will support myself, I have a sponsor who is to help me out also, can i show proof of some of my income & some of my sponsors, or does it have to be or the other?
When i arrive in the US i intend to get my own apartment is that possible or would i have to stay with my sponsors?
As i will be in the US for about 6 months would it be possible to change my visa to a H1B so i could work for the duration of my trip to support myself?
if so what would be the process?
