I am wondering if you can advise me.
I visited Florida for a holiday with my son and his friend in 2002. On returning home he stupidly carried some cannibis pods for his so called friend.
On going through x-ray he was taken to one side as something was identified in his luggage.
On searching his luggage they said if more was found he would be arressted, nothing more was found.
A photocopy of his passport was taken and i was told if he re-entered, immigration would be waiting for him.
As this was 5 yrs ago he has never commited an offence at home or abroad and would like to know if he would be allowed to return to Florida for a holiday.
Please could you advise me on this matter as soon as possible please.
