Hi,
During 2005 I travelled around the US & Canada as a UK citizen on a Motorhome Vacation with a 6 month B2 Tourist Visa issued from the UK returning to the UK in January 2006.
I thought that crossing the land border into Canada and then back into the US would re-start the 6 Month Visa, however, I have since found out that only air travel can count as having left the US for a Visa to re-start on re-entry.
This means that I over-stayed my visa by a few weeks.
I would like to travel to the US for a 3-4 week vacation in the next 6 months and would like to know if I need to do anything to ensure that I will be able to re-enter the US without problems.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Regards
