Help on visitors visa

Hi,
I need some information on visitors visa. I want to call my uncle on a visiting visa for 4 months or so, I want take him around to the places here in US.
1) My uncle wants to self sponsor himself, as he owns a company in Hyderabad, India.
2) What would be the necessary supporting documents from his side?
3) What would be the necessary supporting documents from my side ?
4) What are the chances of he getting a visa ?
Kindly let me know the answers for my questions. It would really help me a lot.
