Minimum Bank Balance?

Hi ,I am getting my parents to visit me in US..Bank papers are one of the documents to be sent ..What is the minimum balance required to sponsor ?I have a lot of transfers going out frm the acct..would an average balance be fine? Thx.

Based on what i have read on various websites, there is no specific rule/guideline as such for how much one should have in bank while inviting people on visitor visa. It should be sufficient enough to take care of their expenses.

Around 5000 $ balance per applicant is what is generally needed.
