Information For Visitor Visa

Hi,

I am sponsoring my parents to visit USA. Their visa interview date is
next month. My question is if it is essential to show a saving account?
I have a checking account but not a savings account. Will it be a
problem for my parents to get visitor's visa.

It is not necessary to have savings account. All that matters is whether you have money or not.
