I am going to send documents to my parents in India so that they can apply for the visitors visa to visit USA. The I-134 form asks for naturalization documents. We are citizens of USA. Can I send copies of mine and my husbands citizenship document. There is a statement in the document which says that it is illegal to make copies of the naturalization document without lawful authority. So can I get the notory’s signature on the document or ask him to sign and stamp on another sheet of paper stating that I made the copies in his presence. Please let me know.
