My parents applied for visitors visa and there application got rejected. All the paper work were perfect both from my end and my parents. the interviewer asked few question and rejected the applcation mentioning saying "sorry! today i cannot give you the visa". They didn;t check any of the documents.
Reason for rejection was : Code 214B.
Infact when my parents went to VFS (august 2006) to get the appoinment I was not pregnant. at that time they had intentions to come to USA in Dec 2006 (mentioned in 156 form). but the interview date given was in Feb 21 2007.
Since i am pregnant now, i need my parents more than ever with me here to help me out for couples of motnths. I had not mentioned this in my invitation letter. and i had sponsered the 134 form.
they are planing to reapply. Should they mention that I am pregnant or they should stick with the original tourist request. Does the pregnancy factor carry any weightage for replication.
