Hi,
I have been following ur site to prepare for visas(B2) for my parents and brother and must compliment that the site has been very helpful and is indeed user friendly.
Not just me but a lot of my friends also swear by it.
However I have a little question for which the site does not provide adequate guidance.
Kindly guide me what needs to be done in this case.
I understand that the sponsor child has to send the following documents for B2 visa of dependant parents:-
1) Form 134
2) Employment letter
3) Letter to Embassy
4) Invitation Letter
5) Income tax returns n W2s
6) Original Birth certificate
7) Marriage Certificate
8) Proof of greencard.
However , your site states that " If the parents have more than one child in the US, its advisable to send relevent documents of all children including the sponsor child."
My question here is what are all the document the non sponsor child in the
US needs to send?
Is it required that all the above mentioned 8 documents have to be sent by all children in the US?
Or just the Copies of the passport and the immigration status i.e. L/H/greencard information is enough?
