my mom is holding 10years b2 visa.she is going to USA and there only she will go to Canada and then from again Canada she will come back to USA to take her flight back to Delhi she might go out of the airport in USA while coming back.Is there any problem wz B2 Visa in this case?

No, there will be no problem, but she better show the airline tickets going to Canada and back to India.

My Mom will stay in Us for 15 days there only we might buy the tickets for Canada then also she need to show the ticket in India.

Confirmation Of Appointment

I have taken appointment on 16th of Oct for my in-laws who are planning to visit us.I cannot get the confirmation of appointment in the VFS website. From where should I download that letter. Please help me. I am sure that I have pressed on that date and it navigated to other web page after that.

You need to provide the POE officer a defined plan for her visit and they will ask for a return ticket to India.

Hi aneelbt,

You can download the interview letter along with visa application forms (DS 156 & 157) by selecting on the following link on VFS website:

"apply for non-immigrant visa" -> continue -> select 'No" -> "download details of a confirmed appointment"

You need to fill in necessary data after that.
