mother's name different in my passport

I would like to bring my parents to US next year. My husband would be sponsoring the visa for them. They are yet to apply for a passport. The problem is there is a difference in my mother's last name, in my passport and all her official records (ration card, voter id, property).

Her name in official records is YYYY XX Begum (correct)
and in my passport,it is YYYY XX Hussain (which is incorrect)

If she obtains a passport with her official name, will it be a problem in obtaining visa since her last name will not match with the one in my passport?

Is there any other solution for this??
