I am sponsoring my inlaws for the visitor visa. I have my H1 approval till june '08 and my wife entered US on H4 and she applied for H1 and she got it approved and she got the approval notice(I-797) also. I have few questions regarding this, what i need to answer for question 37) what is the status i need to put for my wife. can i put working or home maker. I am going to send the copies of her passport with H4 stamped. I know that consulate will know her staus by tracking the passport details that she had transfered her status, so any help regarding the best answer for the question will be highly appreciated. And also what can i ask my in-laws to answer when they appear for the interview, like my daughter is working there..
