My parent's visa got rejected twice before. They are retired.
They were primary rejected on grounds that they dont have strong ties in India. We are three siblings.I am the youngest and staying in US.My elder brother and sister lives in Asian countries outside India.
For the first time they applied in Nov 2005 and second time in March 2006.
Now i am thinking to reapply.
Last time my father took all the documents like property papers to show that they have enough ties in India. And moreover all my parent's siblings are in India. But they didnt listen to it.They said that you dont have enough socio-economic ties in India. And they cant grant visa now.
What different can we do this time?
