Dear Sir/Madam,
My mother holds 10 years multiple entry visa. After 5 months of her arrival we have applied for 3 months of extension and we got receipt for extension request. I used to check the status online. We have shifted to new address and when I checked on line there was message ' the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable'. I have immediately called USCIS and updated the new address. My mother had returned back to India.
When I check the status it still shows ' the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable'.
I want to know the status of the request for extension. How should I proceed further??
Please advise me regarding the procedure to use your expert service in this regard
