Important * Documents required when you're attending not for the first time

Hello,

Can any of you help me what are the documents I need to carry when I go for an interview for the 2nd time?

Do I need to carry latest DS156 / DS157? I mean with latest communication address / dates etc? When I try to download, it said that HDFC bar code is already used.

Please suggest me.
