letter from CA?

Applicant Documents:
1. Completed DS-156 printed on 1 page(2 sides)
2. Application visa fee receipt
3. Copy of interview letter (from VFS)
4.1 Passports
5. 22 extra copies of Passport size photos (just in case).

7. Statement from CA indicating property value in India

8. Bank pass books, original FDs, Ownership documents, Income tax return documents
9 cover letter

Someone shared this list of documents to take with at the time of interview.
we have arranged everything other than item # 7 "statement from CA indicating property"

My dad checked with his CA and he said that just writing the value of Property on a letter head would not mean anything at the embassy.

My question is what exactly this letter mentioned? Our CA suggested to get our property evaluated from some professionals and their fees could be anywhere from Rs. 10000- 15000. Is it required?

We have written a cover letter requesting VISA and telling reasons why they would come back to India and in that we mentioned total value of the propety

They have all the legal papers to back it up. Do they still require a CA's letter?

CA letter is not required. Affidavits are enough.

Thankyou for the reply. I did had a look at it and it looked very similar to the cover letter we prepared.
Is it ok to repeat some of the things that we wrote in Cover letter in Affidavits too? Should I get two affidavits made for my mom and my dad separately. My mom also has some property in her name.
