Valid US Visa

My passport expires on 12/12/2015. My previous passport bearing No. A got damaged in flood on 26th July 2005 and for that only I applied for new passport. I have a valid visa for US which expires on 16th Aug 2009 in my old passport. I now want to get the said visa stamped in my new passport as the old one is damaged. please guide me as to the procedure for the same.

As long as the visa itself is not damaged in the old passport, just carry both passports.
