I-94 form

Hello,

I have a question concerning the status of I-94, which hadn`t been collected at my departure to Germany and which I sent in a month ago.
I am planning to visit some friends in the USA in April and am wondering if everything has been sorted out and if I can enter the USA without having any issues?
