  • Parents Visa Rejected Twice

My parents(retired) visa got rejected once in Nov 2005 and then again in Mar 2006.
They were rejected on the basis of lack of social ties in India. The reason is both my siblings are living outside India(In Dubai and Muscat).
Though all our other relatives lives in India.
Last two times my husband sponsored them as i was not working then. Now i have been working. So should i file for them this time. But i have tax return filed for only 2 years. As in the necessary documents,it is specified on this web-site,to show last 3 years tax returns.Or it would be better idea if they we dont sponsor them ? Please advice .

Their visa was rejected because they do not have strong ties to their home country. NOT because you were not working. Applying now will make no difference if THEIR ties to India are the same.

Try to explain why they would return to India in your letter to the consulate. Instead of using a standard template write your own letter.

You can also mention why you have only tax returns for the last two years.
