Just a niece
Hello everyone
My aunt (mom's sister) was refused a visa in New Dehli due to the fact that her visa was petitioned by me, her niece. All our paper work was in excellent order. I decided to petition for my aunt because I'm in a better financial situation than my mother (her sister).
Is it true that her visa must be petioned for by immediate family only?
