Please advise...

My parents had an interview on 9/11 and VISA got approved. Only my dads passport arived y'day but my mothers passport is still not in VFS system.

I am really concererned. Please advise how I can approach consulate and find out what is going on. How long it usually takes to get the passport stamped ?
