Hello,
My mom has a 10 year multiple entry visa and she visited USA and stayed with us for 6 months. She returned to India before her six month visa expired.
But, now she would like to return to USA for to attend a family function, within 3 weeks after she went back to India.
Will that be a problem, Will she be denied entry into USA since she went back just 3-4 weeks ago, Will they need any additional proof/documentation at the port of entry? Please advice.
