Urgent Advice required regarding the appointment

My wife's delivery is on November 2nd week, so i have planned to bring my mother-in-law in October end or November 1 st week. We are not getting any appointment dates in Tamil at Chennai. I am constantly checking the vfs website for appointment dates. But, English appointments are available for october. Though she can understand and answer in English, it will be difficult for her to understand the American accent.
Is it possible to get Interview appointments in Tamil at this moment for october ?
We have very little time.
so, can we wait for interview appointment in Tamil or can we train and teach her and take risk by choosing the English appointment. Somebody please advice me.

I would suggest keep trying for some more time.. Try friday mornings (6-9 PST).
they do open up appointments on friday (for some reason)

If ur m-i-l is not comfortable with English, then try getting a tamil appointment.
