Is it very difficult to get parents visitors visa after US citizenship..
I am a US citizen ,father retired , mother is working , brother is in india, parents have visited 3 times before for 2 months in each stay.
Seems like it is less of a concern when daughter/son in law(us citizens) invites in-laws..based on the threads have seen so far..
I understand that the presumption of potential immigration is there especially
for a son(myself) inviting his parents..
Why dont consulate folks get the fact,
a) that if they want to immigrate i can sponsor i-130 & get a gc
b)why would I go thru all the trouble to get a visitors visa because they
have no intention on immigrating..
Thoughts/suggestions on things/documents my parents or i can provide to get the visitors visa.
I think i have seen few approvals in my scenario or am I mistaken..
