I have no visa yet. This will be my first time? What are my chances???

Are you applying for a visitor visa or you already have it?

If you have the visa already, then there is nothing that you will fill out in the way to entering the US (i.e. I-94) that asks for your civil status. Or how many children you have, etc.

Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. I dont have any Visa yet. This will be the first time. What do you think my chances.

Just state the truth. You can still use the "single" passport... but you can always renew it, get a new one or amend that one.
