B2 | Father Retired & No Pension | Please advice

Hello, I booked Telugu appointment for my parnets B2 visa in Chennai consulate. Interview date in Sept 24. Here are the doubts i have about the interview questions:
1. My father is retired and not getting any pension. They are living with the income from some investments and money which i send from here.
Question: When VO asked about my father's occupation, if they provide above information will it be any problem that they are dependent on me and living with my money.
Considering above details, what's the best answer ?

2. I am on L1 and came to US in Feb 2007 in this trip. That means i spent here only 8 months.
Question: Will there be any impact.

Please provide me your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

2. As long as you can show that you money to support them while they are here, that's fine.
