Hi everyone,
My parents finally got 10 yr M entry visa at the Chennai consulate.
Major difference this time was carrying a lawyer's letter. Also, my brother moved to India couple of months back after a temporary stay.
My aged father requested the V.O to read the lawyer's letter (which mentioned my parent's ties to India - presence of close family members, property, pension etc.) and that did it.
The V.O just asked couple of follow up questions like my visa status, what visa I entered U.S, my brother's visa status (when he was in U.S) etc.
