Need input for sponsor document for visitors vis

My parents are appearing for their visitor visa interview this week.
1.My father has already deposited some cash in the bank and has taken a letter from them. I understand it is not as effective as showing the bank statements for the past few months. Ho much cash shown in the bank is sufficient for two people. Is 5 lakhs adequate or how much is really adequate.

2. My father is running a copule of businesses. In one company, he is holding the post of chief executive. This company has a very good turnover. So is it okay, if we get a letter in this company letterhead stating that the company is going to cover the complete travel expenses of both my parents as part of my father's compensation package. Is it okay or not advisable.

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

1.- As far as money in the bank, just putting a big sum of money there and getting a statement is NOT enough. It proves nothing (it could be money borrowed from someone else or a loan).

2.- It would be good if he has an employment letter from the company.
