Hi all:

My brother-inlaw is planning to visit USA, and he will be supporting himself for the trip.

1. Do I need to send him I-134 (affidavit of support) ?

2. if yes, do I have to send bank statements ? even if he is supporting himself ? He is planning to have his bank statements as a evidense of support .

2. Since you dont send an affidavit of support, bank statements are not required either for self-sponsors.

That was really quick and good answer. Do you know of any link/URL which specifically provides info for self supporters ? It seems to be there is tons of info on how to sponsor but not much info available for self sponsors. (atleast I couldn't find it).
