can you apply at another embassy counsular office ??

was rejected at dubai embassy in the uae my gf but know to reapply its 56 days tp wait but abu dhabi embassy in uae is only 7days can you appply at another consulate will that be ok ?????????????????

You can try, but it will very likely be rejected again unless she has changed whatever she needed to overcome 214(b).

It will still show in her file that she has a denied visa... even if it is not stamped on her passport.
