Dear Sir,

I am a physical therapist from India. I am applying for an educational visa to UK and Ill be in UK this september. I want to visit my brother in USA this December. Can I apply for a visitor's visa from UK to reach USA?. Ill be returning back to UK after Christmas. Please help me.
