urgent!!! as applying b2 visa in next week with husband

hi, my husband had B1 and is frequent visitor, after our marraige i was once rejected for b2 i.e.visitor visa it was on 15th of may 2007 ( his name was not updated on my passport but now it is) now again he has to visit due to official purpose but we are giving interview together.pls help me with the following doubts..

1) can his company sponser me.
2) what documents are required.
3) Last time they asked me about his work profile , as this time he is with me what could be the questions asked.
4) last time I had showed i am not working but this time I am working will it be beneficial.
5) Do i need to show bank balance, if yes how much approx.
6) Chances of getting visa this time ?????

If your husband has a visitor visa, there is no reason why you should not have one too. But you must shown strong ties to your home country nevertheless, follow the information on the link above.
