i entered to USA with VISA WAIVER PROGRAM i realized that i cant extened it just to stay for 90 days.
i have several qoutions:

how can i get visa while i am already in the state ???

if there is possibillity for signing in university and than get a visa???

there is some way to extend my staying by get a visa from the consulate general in miami???

You must have a non-immigrant visa to change to another type.

Right now, you do not have a visa. So you can not change to a F-1 student.

You are a visitor under the VWP, you can not extend your stay.

You can not get a visa unless you go back home and apply at the US embassy or consulate in your country.
