Parents Names are different than son in Passport

Hi,
I hold H1B Visa.I am planing to bring my parents to USA on Visit Visa.My parents passports are saying their first names are different as per my passport.The difference are below.


Subbarao(My Passport) Subbarayudu(Father Passport)
Ramatheradham(My Passport) Ramathiradham(Mother Passport)

My school certificates also says as it is my passport and their voter/ration card records says as per their passport. Please give me advice.How to correct it.Whose passport process is easy to change.
