Visitor visa for entire family

hi,
I want to know that if i want to apply visitor visa for my mother, step father,brother(minor) and sister(minor) .so i want to know if i have to fill i-134 each for everbody or one is enough,and is their any income criteria to call them.they just want came and meet me .my mother and my father both govt. employes and my brother and sister are studying.

I-134 for each person.

There is no specified income criteria but you should be able to financially support all of them when they are here.
