my mother in law has been rejected visa 3 times the last time the visa was rejected
as my father in law under mental stress sent a letter to the consulate asking not to issue visa to my mother in law as they had difference of opinion .He did go personally to US consulate and apologized for the same but they were not granted the visa
We did write a letter to Mr Owens the consul general about the same and he has requested us to visit the US consulate again and they would take a second interview which is schedule on 22July 07.
Please help us so that we can get proper guidance from immi help so my in law can come and visit the USA once in their life time
